MapTogether is an app for iPhone and Android that shows everyone in your group on one live map. You create a room, invite people with a link or code, and everyone who joins can see where the others are in real time.

A room is a private group on the map — for example “Rome Tour Day 2”, “Music Festival” or “Site Crew North”. Only people you invite can join, and you can create as many rooms as you need for different trips, events or teams.

A sharer shares their own live location with the room and can see everyone else. An observer can see the sharers on the map but does not share their own location. Observers are great for parents at home, tour coordinators or dispatchers in an office.

Yes. You are always in control. You can pause sharing, switch to observer, or leave a room at any time with one tap. Your location is only shared with the rooms you choose.

Only the members of the rooms where you are sharing. Your location is never shown publicly, and it is never sold to advertisers.

MapTogether is designed to be battery-conscious. It adjusts how often it updates your position based on whether you are moving, and you can stop sharing when you no longer need it.

Yes. Each person installs MapTogether on their iPhone or Android phone and joins the room with the invite link or code. iPhone and Android users can be in the same room.

Rooms are built for real groups — from a family of four to a tour bus or a whole event crew. Large groups work just as smoothly on the map.
